Q. How do I order online?

A. Here follow simple steps and get the best products delivered to your doorstep. Since all products will be sealed as per the manufacturer, you can be assured of best quality.

  • Log on to My Account at fitspare.com.
  • Have a look at the wide range of products that we have. All products are segregated in categories.
  • You can either search by brand or product name and type, you can also browse each category and click on “Add to Cart” from the products page.
  • All purchases are stored in your shopping cart.
  • From the shopping cart, you can continue to purchase products by checking out and selecting your preferred mode of payment. We have tied up with all credit card & debit card & net banking & UPA and wallet Payment companies and banks to make paying easy for you.
  • You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.

Q. What is My Account?

A. We’ve made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account”. “My Account” allows you complete control over your transactions at www.fitspare.com You can manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids and your order and wallet. Once the account is created, you do not have to enter the address details again.

Q. Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the “Notify Me” feature or send an email or message to us and we will let you know once it is available for sale at FITSPARE.

Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on NutritionHub?

A. There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Fitspare. We offer free delivery if the order is above Rs.999/- or over, otherwise, you will be charged an additional Rs. 50 for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?

A. You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Fitspare.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

Q. What does the different order status mean?

A. Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Canceled: The order was canceled.

Q. Tracking an order status

A. To get order status faster, please call us +91-8562821422 and speak with our customer care executives. Please keep your invoice number ready with you. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we will email you your order status.

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

A. On the completion of payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order details.

Q. When and how can I cancel an order?

A. You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order shipped” state. You can do so by sending us an email to us with the order number.

Q. How to check the authenticity of products?

A. Your product must have an Importer Sticker if it is an imported product.

It must have an Expiry Date and a Valid Batch Number that can be verified from the manufacturer.

Your seller must always provide you with a proper Tax Paid Retail Invoice.

Your seller must be Certified & Authorised for distribution by the importer.

Q. Any hidden taxes and charges?

A. Nopes. All taxes – GST for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.

Reward Points

Q. What are the registering reward points ?

A. Fitspare.com has come up with a special Registering points scheme for their new customers.

When a customer registers on fitspare’s website for the first time, points will be credited in their account automatically which is worth Rs. 100 upto 1000 depending upon schemes.

These reward points can be redeemed at the time of subsequent purchase.

A. Placing an order on NutritionHub.in is quick and simple. As you browse through Fitspare, you can put the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on’Add to Cart’. Q. How do I cancel a transaction or get the refund?

Q. What happens if I pay through credit/Debit and my order is cancelled later?

A. We reserve the right to cancel the order. In case payment has already been made, the same would be refunded within 4-10 business days.
