In case a product is not liked by you, you can create a return order and get the money Refunded if payment already made

Shipping and return

Return and Cancellation Policy:

  • Do not Accept any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.
  • Please make a video while opening the Packaging as a supporting proof.
  • Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
  • Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.
  • Replacement & Refund are subjected after QC approval.
  • If QC fails then the same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.
  • In case Reverse pick up is not available at your address, then you need to courier the product to FITSPARE’s warehouse. Courier cost will be given to you by direct bank transfer of the same worth.
  • For Flavor like/dislike, Colour of supplement Replacement/Refund is not applicable. If there are issues like rashes, stomach upset, vomiting we request to consult the doctor before purchase since the return/replacement is not applicable once the product is opened.
  • Opened & Used Supplements, Beauty products, Diabetic strips & Lancets, Adult diapers, Women Hygiene products, Oral care are not subject to return. 

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. If there is any concern, you need to raise it to Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.

We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

No question asked Return and Refund Policy:

A. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, full Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of raising the Refund request.

B. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse, after deducting the shipping/freight Charges only.

C. Return of the Product

  • In case the order is damaged in Transit (at the time of receipt then please do not accept your order, if you already accepted the follow these):
  • Your order will be replaced free of cost, once you refuse the parcel & mentioning on the courier return as damaged goods & retain the copy from the delivery boy and attach it to the RMA being raised.
  • Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

DOrder Received & Found Damaged (after opening the parcel, no damage note to the courier):

  • Send the photograph attached (of the damaged parcel box as well as the product) to the e-mail i.e., [email protected] within 24 hours of the receipt of goods.
  • The order will be replaced free of cost, only if the default is from our end/Courier.
  • Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received in our warehouse & approved by the QC team.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made only in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.
    Note: Replacement & Refund are subjected after QC approval.
  • If QC fails then the same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.

E. The wrong Shipment Made

  • If Wrong Size/Flavor/Colour/Brand/Model delivered, the order will be replaced free of cost.
  • In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

F. Defective Product Delivered

  • In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

G. Near By Expiry Product Received

  • In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

I. Expired Product Received

  • In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

Note: No Return/Refund/Warranty policy for any product(s) that is returned without all original packaging & accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
